Vendor Eligibility:

• Open to artisans, hand crafters, farmers, and product vendors.
• Service-based businesses are encouraged to sign up as sponsors.

Booth & Setup Requirements:

• Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and chairs.
• Electricity is not provided. Vendors needing power must bring their own generator.
• Booths must remain open for the entire duration of the event.
• No special requests will be taken for space assignments.

Fees & Payment:

• Entry fee:  Early Bird $100 (until 6/30) | $150 (beginning 7/1)  
• Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received.  If your category is already full or does not align with our needs/standards, 100% of the vendor fee will be refunded.
• Fees are non-refundable in case of vendor cancellation.
• Space is only held after full payment is received.
• Vendors are responsible for any returned checks and associated fees.

Permits & Compliance:

• Food and beverage vendors must obtain their own permits, if applicable with copies available to the Harvest Market organizers the morning of the event.

Confirmation & Communication:

• Vendors will receive payment receipt upon completion of application/payment 
• Vendor booth space confirmation will be emailed within a week of payment.

Cancellation & Refunds:

• If your application is not accepted due to category space limitations or does not align with our needs/standards, 100% of the vendor fee will be refunded.
• Fees are non-refundable in case of vendor cancellation.

Application Deadline:

• Applications must be received by September 12, 2025.
