2026 Vendor Applications Now Open!

Become a Vendor at the Algonquin Harvest Market

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Algonquin Harvest Market, proudly hosted by the Algonquin Rotary Club. Our annual market showcases quality artisans, farmers, and product vendors while supporting local community initiatives and Rotary scholarships.

We are committed to curating a well-balanced, high-quality event in Historic Downtown Algonquin. Please review the information below carefully before submitting your application.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Event Details

Date Saturday, October 3, 2026

Location Historic Downtown Algonquin
Main Street | Algonquin, IL 60102

Show Hours 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Rain or Shine

Vendor Setup 7:00 AM – 9:45 AM
All vendors must be fully set up and ready by 9:45 AM.

Tear Down 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Booths must remain open and staffed until 4:00 PM.

Booth Fee

$150 for a 10′ x 10′ space

Early Bird Rate: $120  Apply by March 31, 2026 and be approved to receive the $30 discount.

Booth space is secured only after acceptance and full payment.


Optional Add-On: Vendor Card Promotion
Increase traffic to your booth by participating in our Vendor Card Promotion for $25 (limited to 9 vendors). Visitors receive a Vendor Card at the event and collect stamps from participating booths. Completed cards are entered into a gift basket drawing held at 3:45 PM. 

Vendor Application Timeline & Review Process

To ensure a balanced and high-quality market, applications are reviewed in scheduled rounds.

March 31, 2026

Early Bird & First Round Application Deadline

Applications submitted by this date will be included in the first round of review.
Approved vendors will receive a $30 Early Bird discount on booth fees.

April 15, 2026

First Round Notifications Sent

All first-round applicants will receive email notification of acceptance or waitlist status.

Accepted vendors will have 14 days from the date of acceptance to submit full payment.
Unpaid spaces after 14 days will be offered to vendors on the waitlist.

Ongoing Reviews

After April 15, applications will be reviewed on the 1st and 15th of each month until all vendor spaces are filled.

Final Application Deadline

All applications must be submitted by August 15, 2026.
